How we function

The Stubblefield Institute is part of the Shepherd Entrepreneurship and Research Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Institute is housed at Shepherd University but its programs reach beyond the campus to our state and nation’s capital and beyond. We embrace the expertise of political communications professionals and the input of individual citizens who want to make a difference in the state of civil discourse today.
